The Wheel of Awareness

In this meditation, I guide you through the “Wheel of Awareness,” a practice developed by Dan Siegel. We explore how our capacity for awareness relates to everything we can know in the world. By focusing on our awareness and external objects, we shift our attention through the five senses, the body, mental activities, and our connection with others. This practice, based on the neurobiology of meditation, reveals why some techniques are beneficial for health, allowing us to understand and deepen our conscious experience.
